Is there a free tier?
No. Every Multivio account is paid from day one. You get 50% extra credits on your first month as a welcome bonus. Cancel anytime from Settings.
What does "unlimited text AI" include?
Caption generation, hashtag suggestions, campaign planning, translations, and content enhancement. These use inexpensive text models (Gemini Flash) and don't deduct from your credit balance on any paid plan.
What are credits used for?
Credits are consumed by AI image and video generation. Each action has a credit cost based on real provider pricing (e.g., a Veo Fast 720p 5-second clip = 20 credits). If you hit your monthly limit, buy a top-up pack or upgrade to Max for more.
How does Team per-seat billing work?
Team plans are billed per active seat with a 3-seat minimum ($90/mo floor). Each seat adds 1,200 credits to a shared pool that everyone on the team can use. A 5-person agency pays $150/mo for a 6,000-credit pool. No free-rider members.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next renewal.
What social platforms are supported?
Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads. Connect as many accounts as you want — all paid plans include unlimited channels.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Save 20% with annual billing: Pro $16/mo, Max $48/mo, Team $24/seat/mo.
Do I need my own API keys for the AI models?
No. All AI generation runs through your credit balance — we handle the xAI, Google, and OpenAI provider relationships for you. You never touch an API key.
Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, billing runs through Stripe, and you can export or delete your content at any time. We do not train AI models on your content.
