Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Multivio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Multivio. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Multivio is an AI-powered social media management platform that enables users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms from a single interface. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• AI-assisted content generation for text, images, and videos
• Cross-platform scheduling and publishing to connected social media accounts
• Media processing, editing, and optimization for platform-specific requirements
• Analytics and performance insights for published content
• Workspace and team collaboration tools

3. Account Registration

To use Multivio, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of automated bulk posting that violates platform guidelines
• Post, distribute, or transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service through automated means
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Multivio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our platform: Multivio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Multivio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 14 days of a charge for refund consideration
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period

7. API Usage

If you access Multivio through our API, you agree to comply with applicable rate limits and usage guidelines. API keys are confidential and must not be shared with third parties. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for accounts that exceed rate limits or violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Multivio shall not be liable for:

• Changes to third-party social media platform APIs that affect Service functionality
• Posting failures, delays, or content modifications caused by platform-side issues
• Actions taken by third-party platforms regarding your accounts or content
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
