• Content created -- posts, images, videos, captions, and other media you create or upload through our platform
• Usage data -- features used, actions taken, scheduling patterns, and interaction history
• Device information -- browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Post content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
• Schedule and manage posts across multiple platforms
• Provide analytics and insights about your content performance
• Improve our services, develop new features, and optimize platform functionality
• Send important notifications about your account, service updates, and security alerts

• AES-256-GCM encryption for all OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials

Third-Party Services

Multivio integrates with the following categories of third-party services:

• Social media platforms -- OAuth connections to Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads
• Payment processing -- Stripe handles all payment transactions; we do not store your full credit card details
• Analytics providers -- to understand how users interact with our platform and improve our services

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing its use of your information. We encourage you to review those policies as well.

AI Services & Data Sharing

Multivio uses third-party AI services to generate content based on your text prompts. The following data practices apply:

• What is shared with AI services: Only your user-typed text prompts and selected platform names are sent to AI providers for content generation. No personal account data, social media credentials, or profile information is transmitted.
• Google API data isolation: Data obtained from Google APIs (including YouTube Data API) -- such as channel information, video metadata, and account details -- is stored securely in our database and is never transmitted to, processed by, or shared with any third-party AI service.
• No AI model training: Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Your Google data is used solely for the purpose of publishing content to your connected accounts as directed by you.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days of account closure. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access your data -- request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion -- ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal obligations
• Export your data -- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt out of marketing -- unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time
