What “AI social media manager” should mean
A tool that does the routine part of the job: drafting captions, adapting a post for each network, scheduling, publishing. It cannot know a client’s strategy, the lines you will not cross, or what happened on last week’s call. Treat it as a fast junior assistant, with a person approving what goes out. The phrase is also used for tools that claim to replace a human. This page does not.

Image and video generation is metered in credits. Quality depends on the model and the brief. Review everything before it goes out. This does not replace a designer or an editor.
Plan a calendar
Compose can schedule a post, and there is a calendar. Campaigns can group work. Bulk CSV scheduling is listed as in progress on the roadmap and is not offered here.
Approve
Team workspaces have roles: owner, admin, editor, and viewer. A post can be marked in review, and publishing depends on role. This is not a client portal, and this page does not claim an outside client can be invited only to approve.
Format and publish
One workspace can draft a post for each network you choose, in that network’s caption rules, now or at a scheduled time. Networks: Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads.
Separate client work
Media is stored on a workspace, so people in that workspace share its library. Solo paid plans include one workspace. Max includes up to three. Team’s plan limits do not cap the workspace count. That is not a client portal.
What Multivio does not do today
Agencies compare tools by what is missing. If the items below are must-haves today, a full social suite may fit better.
- No white-label and no client portal. The public roadmap lists a white-label solution, including client management, as planned.
- No bulk CSV scheduling. The roadmap lists bulk scheduling as in progress.
- No competitor monitoring or social listening. Competitor analysis is listed as planned.

A 5-person agency pays $150/month for a 2,500-credit pool (3,750 in the first month). Credits meter AI image and video generation. Channels, storage, scheduling, and caption text are not capped on paid plans. There is no per-channel fee in the plan price. Annual billing saves 20% (Team $24/seat/mo).

Is there a free trial or free tier?
No. Multivio is paid from day one, with no free tier and no free trial. Pro is $20 per month with 50% extra credits in the first month, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I manage several client brands in one account?
Paid plans include unlimited connected channels. Solo plans (Pro and Creator+) include one workspace. Max includes up to three. Team’s plan limits do not cap how many workspaces you can add, and people you invite share that workspace’s media. There is no client portal and no white-label. The pricing page also names a shared brand kit; this guide does not describe one.
Can someone approve a post before it goes out?
Team workspaces have roles, a post can be marked in review, and publishing is limited by role (an editor needs publish rights; a viewer cannot publish). This page does not claim that a client outside the workspace can be invited only as an approver.
Does Multivio include reporting and analytics for clients?
Multivio has an analytics dashboard. Advanced analytics and exportable reports are listed as in progress on the roadmap. This page does not claim client-ready reporting or parity with a full suite such as Hootsuite.
What does Multivio not do for agencies yet?
